About Todd

I believe buying or selling a home should feel personal. Whether this is your first time buying or selling, or you're an experienced homeowner, my job is to make sure you're informed and supported every step of the way.

I know what that feels like from your side of the table. As Managing Partner alongside my cousin, we closed more than 150 home sales over three years. My wife and I have also bought and sold several homes of our own, and I bring that same focus and care to every client, as if it were mine. I only succeed when you do, so my full attention stays on your desired outcome: careful preparation, clear communication, and negotiating hard on your behalf.

My wife and I both grew up and went to school right here in Spokane. Our families and lifelong friends are here. After years living in several other states, we moved home to Spokane in 2021, back to the neighborhood where I grew up. This isn't a stop along the way for me. It's home, and I plan to be here long after your closing.

I enjoy hiking around Spokane, working around the house, and soaking in the beautiful summers here in the Northwest. Buying or selling a home is personal, and I don't stop until the job is done.
